Packages are valid for 30 calendar days from the agreed service start date. Unused ad slots do not automatically carry forward.
Package prices cover our professional services only. Advertising spend is additional and paid by the client, preferably directly through their Meta Ad Account. We do not charge commission on Meta ad spend.
One ad means one Meta advertisement with a selected creative, ad copy, audience and destination. Minor edits, duplicated ads and placement-size adjustments do not count as additional ads. The included original and adapted creative quantities are stated in each package.
Up to two rounds of reasonable revisions per original design are included. Complete redesigns after approval or extra creatives require a separate quotation agreed in advance.
The client supplies business details, product images/videos, offers, location, Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business number and necessary ad permissions. Account ownership remains with the client; passwords are not required where role-based access is available.
Campaigns start after payment, receipt of required materials and permissions, and client approval. Meta independently reviews ads under its policies; approval and delivery are not guaranteed.
We provide planning, setup, targeting, monitoring and optimisation. No fixed number of leads, sales, followers, views or conversions is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on budget, offer, market conditions, creative quality and customer follow-up.
Reports cover available metrics relevant to the campaign objective, which may include spend, reach, impressions, clicks, leads and cost per result.
Reasonable targeting and creative adjustments are included during the active period. Additional ads, major redesigns and work outside the agreed scope require a separate quote.
Service fees are payable in advance. Once work begins, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If work has not begun, or we cannot deliver agreed services, any refund is assessed based on work performed and applicable law. Meta advertising balances are governed by Meta billing and refund rules.
The client's pages, ad account, WhatsApp number and campaign data remain theirs. We use only permissions necessary to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Daily organic posting, ongoing social media page handling, customer calling, sales closing, website development, professional photography, reel/video production and additional designs are not included unless separately agreed.
Plans do not renew automatically. Continued management after 30 days requires a new agreement and payment.
Services are provided online via WhatsApp, calls and virtual meetings. Pricing and scope for any custom requirement will be confirmed before work begins.
